Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in the taste, presentation, and portioning of all beverages.
• Take beverage and customer orders accurately and ensure timely preparation.
• Serve beverages promptly for both dine-in and takeaway customers.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions while maintaining accurate cash balances.
• Issue receipts, process refunds or exchanges where applicable, and reconcile the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Greet customers warmly, answer menu-related questions, and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Handle basic customer enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, beverage equipment, cashier counter, and work area.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other beverage supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
• Follow all food hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other ad hoc operational duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Work Environment

• This position is based in a non-halal restaurant. The role may involve working in an environment where non-halal food are prepared, served, or handled.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month
