Role Overview:

As a Front of House Representative at UFIT, you will be the face of our brand, embodying our values of excellence, warmth, and professionalism. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every visitor and staff member experiences the highest level of service from the moment they step through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and register clients upon arrival, ensuring a seamless registration process.
• Assist clients with bookings, payments, and inquiries, providing personalized assistance and guidance.
• Implement and manage safety entry measures, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Coordinate bookings for our team of coaches and clinicians, optimizing scheduling efficiency.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, reflecting our commitment to excellence in every detail.
• Insurance and Direct Billing
• Submit GOP (Guarantee of Payment) requests to respective insurance companies.
• Review medical reports and records to ensure alignment with current files, sheets, And requests.
• Utilise Hubspot and Rayasel to manage clinical leads and client load across the UFIT Group.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding patient eligibility, policies, and coverage limits.
• Follow up on pending direct billing arrangement requests.
• Ensure clinic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date, including all insurance and front desk SOPs.

Qualifications:

• GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma holder
• Outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Team player mentality, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality, eg: hotels are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in related front of house roles in luxury or 1st-class environment (eg: hotels, airlines, premium retail) preferred
• Required Skills: Customer Service, Excellent People Skills, Exceptional Grooming and Presentation, great interpersonal skills, communication skills, reliable and punctual
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening
• Immediate starter
• Previous experience with Mindbody software will be a bonus
