Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Value-Driven Outcomes (VDO) procedures and Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs).

• Maintain and update monthly reporting templates to support the monitoring of key clinical performance indicators.

• Responsible for the collection, validation, and analysis of clinical data to support quality improvement initiatives.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely reporting of project progress and outcomes.

• Support managers in planning, coordinating, and facilitating regular engagement sessions with doctors and clinical departments.

• Involve in preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and project documentation.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and ensure successful implementation of clinical services development projects
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Health Sciences, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical operations, project coordination, quality improvement, or a related field is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.

• Detailed-orientated and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
