Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our growing M&E HVAC team. The successful candidate will assist in managing HVAC projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy project coordination, site activities, and working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Coordinate and monitor HVAC project progress to ensure timely completion.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and project documentation.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in M&E or HVAC projects. Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
