Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Purchasing Executive ( Beranang) di The Goodnite Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities :

1. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, delivery terms, and payment terms.

2. Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR), Request for Quotations (RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO), and other purchasing doc.

3. Ensure timely procurement of materials, products, and services to support production and project schedules.

4. Monitor and follow up on outstanding Purchase Orders to ensure on-time delivery.

5. Resolve supplier issues relating to delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, shortages, and quality concerns.

6. Maintain an approved supplier database and ensure supplier information is up to date.

7. Negotiate competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms.

8. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or delivery requirements.

9. Analyse market trends and material price fluctuations to support purchasing decisions.

10. Recommend alternative materials or suppliers where appropriate.

11. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
