Manage the daily operations of the Collection, Processing & Packaging Centre.

Plan and coordinate receiving, sorting, grading, washing, processing, packaging, storage, and dispatch activities.

Ensure daily production targets and customer delivery schedules are achieved.

Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Optimize manpower, equipment, and facility utilization.

Develop daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand and harvest forecasts.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Minimize product loss, wastage, and shrinkage throughout the processing chain.

Ensure accurate stock movement and inventory records.

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and food safety requirements.

Work closely with the QA/QC team to maintain product quality throughout processing.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, MyGAP, Halal, and other relevant certifications where applicable.

Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and operational teams.

Manage manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, performance, and productivity.

Foster a positive, safe, and high-performance working environment.

Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure timely product deliveries.

Work closely with Sales and Farm Operations to align supply with customer demand.

Ensure products are stored and transported according to quality and temperature requirements.

Prepare and manage operational budgets.

Monitor labour, packaging, utility, and operational costs.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational processes.

Lead Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement initiatives where applicable.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Promote workplace safety and ensure adherence to Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) regulations.

Maintain proper documentation, operational records, and audit readiness.

Collaborate with Farm Operations, Procurement, Sales, QA/QC, Engineering, HR, and Finance.

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers.

Prepare operational reports and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to Management.
