Responsibilities / Job Scopes

1. Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities.

2. Proactively communicate and collaborate with users to gather requirements and business process knowledge in order to transform the data in a way that’s geared towards the needs of end users.

3. Responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive system documentation.

4. Collect, interpret data, and analyze results using business intelligence reporting tools.

5. Perform administration and maintenance of the systems and ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.

Qualifications / Skills

1. Degree in Computer Science or related to data analytics.

2. Industry IT Certification and Data Science would be an advantage.

3. At least 1 year of working experience in health information technology.

4. Good knowledge and experience in SQL and understanding of database structure.

5. Have knowledge of data modeling principles and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

6. Knowledge of ETL tools, ability to pick up new data tools and concepts quickly.

7. Knowledge of various SQL/NoSQL data storage mechanisms and Big Data technologies.

8. Knowledge of healthcare operations and the use of information system applications in the practicing healthcare environment preferred.

9. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and problem-solve end-user issues.

10. Details oriented, strong analytical, critical thinking, passionate about complex data structures, problem solving, project management, and strong communication skills.

11. Demonstrates ability to mentor, coach, be self-motivated, be a team player, and be enthusiastic.
