Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for a variety of machines, including milling, turning, and multi-axis machining centers, using CAD/CAM software.

• Machining Operations: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Tooling Selection: Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings to achieve the best possible machining outcomes.

• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve CNC programming and machining processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve programming and machine operation issues, providing technical support to operators and other team members.

• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that all produced parts meet the required standards and specifications.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of CNC programs, setup sheets, tool lists, and other relevant documentation.

• Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior CNC programmers and machine operators, sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of new techniques and technologies in CNC programming and machining.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all CNC operations are performed in compliance with company safety standards and regulations.
