Role Summary
This role executes day-to-day tasks related to documentation, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This role involves liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties, verifying documents against compliance requirements, and updating systems with relevant information. The Executive plays a key role in delivering a smooth administrative process for both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
To handle sales administration correspondences and documentations on Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA), loan, issuance of billing, refinancing, perfection of transfer and etc.
To monitor collection are remitted within specific time.
To prepare handling over of VP documents and coordinating a smooth process with Project / Property team for timely handover of VP to purchasers.
To prepare cash flow projection and sales documentation reports as directed from time to time for management review.
To attend incoming call/walk in/email.
To liaise with bridging financier for disclaimer letter & redemption payment.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Additional training or certification in property sales administration or real estate operations is an added advantage.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in property development or legal conveyancing.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or training experience in property administration may be considered.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data entry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, purchasers, bankers, and legal firms.
Able to manage time effectively, handle multiple administrative tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM or document management systems.
