Job Summary
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all outsourced service providers in accordance with contract terms and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with vendors to discuss performance, improvement plans, and operational issues.
  • Assist in the tendering process, contract renewals, and vendor selection in collaboration with the Procurement Department.
  • Supervise the daily operations of outsourced services to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure outsourced services comply with hospital accreditation standards, Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, and documentation related to outsourced services.
  • Develop and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure staff adhere to infection prevention, control, and safety procedures.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, KPI analyses, and incident summaries for management review.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, performance assessments, and compliance reports.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing outsourced services, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and vendor management skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with service management systems.
