Location: Bukit Rimau, Shah Alam
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,000
Responsibilities
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure employee information is accurate.
Handle employee attendance, leave records, and medical certificates (MC).
Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory-related matters.
Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
Maintain office records and ensure proper filing of HR documents.
Coordinate onboarding process for new employees.
Assist in general administrative duties as assigned.
Support daily HR and administrative operations.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in payroll, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS will be an added advantage
