Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of brand clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Lead influencer marketing, social media, content, and digital campaigns from planning to completion.
• Understand clients' marketing objectives and develop strategic campaign recommendations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, campaign briefs, timelines, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate closely with Creative, Strategy, Operations, Influencer Management, and Production teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance and present actionable insights to clients.
• Handle client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews, and issue resolution professionally.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling KOLHub's services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
