The Special Projects Unit (SPU) at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), University of the Arts Singapore seeks an organised, proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for arts and talent development. Join us as a Programme Coordinator and play a pivotal role in nurturing creative talent and supporting transformative initiatives at Singapore’s pioneer arts institution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of SPU in developing talent development programmes and projects.
- Provide administrative and logistics support, overseeing projects from inception to completion, including developing, coordinating, and documenting detailed tasks for successful execution.
- Assist in formulating SPU guidelines, policies, SOPs and related documents.
- Assist in other duties assigned by the Head of SPU and Head of Planning and Projects office.
For Talent Accelerator Programmes (TAP)
- Support and manage administratively for NAFA Studios @ Cité internationale des arts Residency Programme, Special Projects Award and Special Projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of TAP.
- Oversee related processes and documentation.
- Manage SPU’s social media and publicity efforts.
Requirements
- For Diploma holders, a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required for the Executive Officer (EO) level, and 8 years of relevant experience for the Senior Executive Officer (SEO) level.
- For Degree holders, candidates without relevant work experience who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment are also welcome to apply for the Executive Officer (EO) level, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience for the Senior Executive Officer (SEO) level.
- Positive, enthusiastic, resourceful and takes the initiative to drive results
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with good planning and time management skills
- Abilityto work independently and as a team player
- Good proficiency in spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with people of all age and preferably having an interest in the arts
