Responsibilities
Basic up $2500 + OT + AWS + Bonus + Transport Provided
West: Jurong East area (2 ways transport provided)
️ Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm; Alternate Saturday 9am - 1pm
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily logistics and warehouse administrative tasks for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepare shipping and import/export documentation, and process billing and invoicing for completed shipments.
Provide customer support via phone and email and follow up on shipment status.
Coordinate with warehouse operations, customers, freight forwarders, carriers and internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records and report any discrepancies.
Support daily task coordination, guide new team members and assist in resolving operational or administrative issues.
Able to work in face past environment
Willing to learn with good communication and coordination skills
Willing to work overtime when required.
