Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and office support to the HR/Admin, Purchasing departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports to facilitate easy retrieval of quality records and ensure archiving complies with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Maintain and update of internal and external contact lists.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, courier deliveries and general enquiries. Coordinate and oversee office maintenance and facility-related matters.
• Monitor office inventory and procure office supplies, stationery, and other administrative necessities.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, festive celebrations and other corporate activities.
• Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “N” or “O” level.
• At least 3 years of administrative experience is preferred.
• Able to communicate with all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently.
