Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical supervision within the construction industry.
- Proven experience supervising electrical installations on construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with electrical testing and commissioning procedures.
- CIDB Construction Site Supervisor Certification (CCS) is preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment on construction sites.
- Ensure that all electrical work is performed according to project plans, specifications, codes, and standards.
- Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and oversee the work of on-site electrical teams and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and address any issues.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality of electrical installations.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in electrical work.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on-site.
