• Trained in reliability testing procedures, laboratory requirements, and testing workflows.
• Prepared and submitted reliability test reports in accordance with laboratory standards.
• Analyzed test data to identify abnormalities, inconsistencies, and testing errors.
• Reported findings to engineers and assisted in developing corrective action plans.
• Coordinated with supervisors and shift technicians to perform follow-up actions, including amendments and re-testing where required.
• Investigated product issues by providing initial findings and liaising with the Failure Analysis team to obtain root cause analysis results.
• Supported investigations into laboratory errors by working with engineers and supervisors to implement corrective actions and arrange re-testing when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder or Nitec in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing/Lab environment will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Possess positive mind set and willingness to learn.
• Transport pick-up at Bedok MRT station.
