Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales department & central Kitchen, managing purchasing, client communications, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.



Job Description:

• Handle client communications via phone and email, providing excellent customer service

• Coordinate with Chefs and Sales Team.

• Manage digital and physical filing systems for active purchasing & sales documents

• Perform data entry tasks and generate reports using company software



Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Purchaser, Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or in Telemarketing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel and familiarity with CRM systems

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with ability to meet strict deadlines

• Strong communication and presentation skills with a warm, approachable demeanour
