Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 (Based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Annual Leave: 14 Days
Job Responsibilities
Process insurance and investment application documents accurately
Verify forms and supporting documents for completeness
Update records in the company's internal system
Submit applications through provider portals
Monitor application status and follow up on outstanding documents
Ensure all transactions are completed within daily deadlines
Provide reception support when required
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Prior experience in administration, operations, banking, insurance, or document processing is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Meticulous with strong attention to detail
