Customer Service Officer (Office Hours | Up to 1-Year Contract)
Looking for a customer service role with office hours? Join our team and provide frontline support while gaining valuable experience in a professional environment.
Job Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent frontline service.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service requests promptly.
Assist with applications, registrations, payments, and administrative matters.
Guide customers on procedures, services, and available resources.
Manage appointments and queue systems where required.
Perform data entry, document verification, and record maintenance.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
Support other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Customer service, reception, call centre, or frontline experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Able to work independently and in a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate availability is preferred.

Location: Various locations across Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
Contract: Up to 1-year contract (renewable based on performance and business needs)
