We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive professional to support daily office operations while delivering a welcoming and positive experience for visitors.
This role combines front-desk responsibilities with facilities and administrative support across multiple office locations.
Work Location
Multiple office locations (deployment based on schedule)
Working Hours
Monday-Friday
8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm (including 1 hour unpaid break)
Attire
Office Attire, formal flat and Blazer
️ Key responsibilities
Facilities & Office Support
. Support daily facilities operations across office locations
. Coordinate with vendors
. Track and follow up on facilities-related matters
. Provide administrative and operational support as needed
. Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach
. Manage incoming calls and enquiries
. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
. Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
. Handle mail, couriers, and parcel distribution

Requirements

. Good communication skills
. Willing to travel between locations when required
