We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and safety regulations. This role plays a key part in delivering construction projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

The role involves supervising on-site construction works, coordinating with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion. You will review engineering drawings, resolve technical issues, conduct site inspections, verify completed works, and ensure construction activities comply with project requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily site activities, monitoring construction schedules, preparing site reports, maintaining project documentation, reviewing material specifications, inspecting workmanship, supporting quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes, and ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role also includes participating in site meetings, managing project resources, tracking project milestones, assisting with cost control and progress reporting, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver construction projects safely, efficiently, and within established quality standards while maintaining professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to engineering excellence.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering principles, project management, and construction site operations.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, construction plans, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), construction standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM software, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other engineering and project management tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, progress reports, site documentation, and project records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic construction environment.
