Role Description This full-time Business Analyst / Data Analyst role at Gestión del Talento Humano is a hybrid position based in Singapore River, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. The individual will map and evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis. Daily tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. The role also requires clear communication of findings, participation in meetings and workshops, and ongoing monitoring of implemented changes to ensure they deliver expected outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex data sets to generate clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in business analysis and defining business requirements that align with organizational objectives.
• Ability to understand, document, and optimize business processes across different functions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical and analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau) and reporting techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across office and remote work.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in stakeholder management and requirements workshops is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies is beneficial.
