Sales Engineer – Singapore

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to act as the technical partner to the clients sales team, working closely with prospects and customers across the healthcare sector. This role sits at the intersection of solution architecture, hands on development and client facing consulting, and requires someone equally comfortable presenting to a C-suite audience and working through technical detail with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship across a portfolio of customer accounts and identify new opportunities within them
• Design and build proof of concepts that demonstrate performance, integration capability and reliability
• Lead technical and business discussions at all levels of a customer's organisation to support adoption of the platform
• Advise on technical architecture, database design, migration strategy and deployment best practice
• Act as hands on lead developer where needed, particularly in early stage adoption or technically complex projects
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and formal training to customers and prospects
• Support beta programmes and pre-launch activities, feeding customer insight back to product and engineering teams
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including design review and validation

What we're looking for

• Strong hands on experience with object oriented languages such as C#, C++ or Java
• Solid Python development experience
• Experience with clinical systems, EPRs, health information exchange and protocols including HL7 FHIR and IHE
• Background in integration technologies (SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL, BI)
• Working knowledge of two or more databases, with strong SQL and JDBC/ODBC skills and experience in performance tuning
• Understanding of agile development practices and modern application frameworks
• Familiarity with current AI technologies, including generative AI, LLM integration and agentic systems
• Degree in Computing or a related discipline
• Willingness to travel regularly across South East Asia
