JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Agriculture, or related field.
• Professional certification in Enterprise Risk Management or Business Continuity Management is an added advantage (ISO 31000 / ISO 22301 or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, or related roles.
• Good strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Good time management and quality reporting.
• Demonstrates integrity, governance mindset, teamwork, independence, and ability to work effectively under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
• Coordinate and facilitate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, evaluation, treatment, and monitoring activities across estates, mills, support functions, and corporate offices.
• Develop, maintain and periodically review the Group Risk Register to ensure risks are accurately identified, assessed, and updated.
• Assist in establishing and reviewing the Group's risk appetite, risk tolerance, and key risk indicators (KRIs) in line with business objectives.
• Facilitate periodic risk assessment workshops with business units and functional departments to identify emerging and strategic risks.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of risk mitigation plans and follow up with risk owners to ensure timely closure of mitigation actions.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for Management, the Risk Management Committee, and the Board Risk Committee.
• Perform risk trend analysis and recommend improvements to strengthen the Group's risk management practices.
• Provide guidance and awareness to business units on ERM policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support the integration of risk management into strategic planning, operational processes, projects, and decision-making.
• Monitor emerging risks, regulatory developments, and industry trends that may impact the Group's operations and business objectives.
• Assist in coordinating business continuity management (BCM), crisis management, and risk-related initiatives where applicable.
• Liaise with Internal Audit, Compliance, Sustainability, HSE, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective risk management approach.
