NON HALAL RESTAURANT

Working days & hours; Wednesdays - Sundays; 6.00 PM - 10.00PM.

A. Clearing leftover food from plates into waste bins and sorting dishes, glassware, and cutlery to be washed and cleaned.

B. Scrubbing heavy pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls and other kitchen equipment.

C. Ensuring glassware and flatware are clean before stacking them neatly in their proper storage areas for the front-of-house or kitchen staff.

D. Regularly emptying kitchen trash cans, recycling bins, and compost buckets, replacing liners, and taking waste to the outdoor dumpsters.

E. Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors frequently to prevent slips and maintain cleanliness.

F. Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, countertops, and catching food debris from floor drains at the end of every shift.

G. Keeping the cooks supplied with clean plates, pans, and utensils during busy service rushes.

H. During slower hours, dishwashers are sometimes asked to help the kitchen crew with simple tasks like peeling potatoes, washing fresh produce, or portioning ingredients.
