Job Description
- Conduct stock take for lorries and ensure stock records are updated accurately.
- Maintain and update stock movement records, inventory records, and related documentation.
- Prepare and handle general paperwork related to stock, lorries, production, and operational matters.
- Coordinate and communicate with China workers and assist in translating instructions to foreign workers when required.
- Assist in liaising with government officers or relevant authorities when necessary.
- Assist with outdoor tasks, including document submission, collection, and other work-related errands.
- Assist in counting and checking production inventory when stock arrives.
- Support daily administrative and operational duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field.
- Able to work as part of a team and coordinate with different levels of employees.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions.
- Able to handle paperwork and basic inventory records.
- Willing to travel out for work-related tasks when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
