Job Description

We are hiring multiple Technician positions for manufacturing companies located in Ulu Tiram and Senai, Johor.

Available positions include:

• CNC Technician
• Maintenance Technician
• Production Technician

Successful candidates will be assigned to a suitable position based on their experience, skills, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Perform machine troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and production requirements.
• Conduct inspections using measuring tools where applicable.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Support continuous improvement activities and achieve production targets.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided for selected positions).
• Experience in CNC machining, machine maintenance, production, manufacturing, or engineering is an advantage.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings (where applicable).
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime when required (depending on assigned position).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: RM2,000 – RM6,000 (depending on position and experience)
