Kerja Sepenuh Masa, 365 Functional Consultant di Demant Technology And Innovation Centre Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

We’re building up a new CRM team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and we are looking for a colleague who will take on the role as Functional Consultant for Dynamics CRM but at the same also can run scrums with developers ensuring deliveries are on time.

The team in Kuala Lumpur will be working closely together with other teams across Global IT in Demant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as a 3rd level application specialist on troubleshooting incidents and finding solutions
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories to ensure we are developing the right solutions (from design to UAT)
• Incident and problem management, focusing both on processes, people, and systems while ensuring that we fix the root causes and not only the symptoms
• Together with the rest of the team, execute software testing as part of our CRM release process. Including integration testing and cooperating with colleagues who are supporting our other business applications (POS, AX2012, Diary Management etc.)
• Running scrum meetings and delivering agreed scope per release together with the developers
• Assisting our 2nd level support with incident handling adhoc

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of experience in CRM support, functional consulting, or business analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps is an advantage
• Understanding of ITIL processes is a plus
