Purchasing & Warehouse Admin

Location: Puchong, Selangor

We are looking for an experienced and organized Purchasing & Warehouse Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing activities, inventory control, warehouse documentation, and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Source materials, equipment, and supplies from reliable suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best deals.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Update inventory records and warehouse stock movements accurately.
• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), and other related documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for receiving and issuing stock.
• Maintain proper purchasing and warehouse documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Warehouse, or Administrative roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience with inventory or accounting software is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday Off
