Objective

To recruit qualified local operators to support the company's production requirements and ensure sufficient manpower for current and future operations.

Recruitment Strategies

• Advertise on Indeed
• Publish job vacancies on Indeed to attract local job seekers.
• Collaborate with Local Transport Providers
• Request local transport companies to expand their routes to support employees travelling to and from the factory.
• Advertise on Social Media
• Promote vacancies through Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Walk-in Interviews
• Conduct weekly walk-in interview sessions at the factory for immediate applications and interviews.
• Factory Vacancy Banner
• Install recruitment banners at the main entrance of the factory and other strategic locations to attract nearby job seekers.
• Employee Referral Program
• Encourage existing employees to refer suitable candidates.
• Employees who successfully refer a new operator will receive a RM50 referral incentive once the referred employee has completed three (3) months of confirmed employment.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,700 per month
• Overtime (OT): Paid in accordance with the Employment Act 1955 and company policy.
• EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
• Annual Leave (AL) and Medical Leave (MC) entitlement.
• Training will be provided.

Operator Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum qualification: SPM.
• Physically fit and healthy (must not be colour blind).
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
• Applicants with their own transportation are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in the Wire Harness Manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
