We are looking for creative individuals who are passionate about short-form content and social media. You should enjoy turning ideas into engaging videos, have a strong understanding of TikTok trends, and be excited about creating content that entertains, educates, and drives sales. Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging TikTok short-form videos.
• Produce creative content aligned with current TikTok trends and brand strategy.
• Work closely with the Content Strategist to execute monthly content plans.
• Create product demonstrations, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes videos, and campaign videos.
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, effects, music, and motion graphics optimized for TikTok.
• Ensure all content is delivered on schedule while maintaining high creative quality.
• Assist in live streaming production by creating promotional and highlight videos.
• Brainstorm and develop new creative ideas to increase engagement and organic reach.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes.
• Organize and manage video assets for future campaigns.

We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong creativity with a good eye for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• Able to shoot videos using smartphones and professional cameras.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, camera angles, and audio recording.
• Able to produce fast-paced, engaging short-form videos.
• Familiar with TikTok trends, trending sounds, and viral editing styles.
• Strong time management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and open to feedback.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• A portfolio showcasing short-form video projects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is an advantage.
• Photography or videography skills are a plus.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) are an advantage.
• Experience with AI-powered editing tools is a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
