Job Description:

- Oversee the fee payment system (D-CLIX)

(Registration, Review & Monthly Payment Claims / Update current student information / Attendance reports / Verification of records and monthly payment reports / Student Attendance Reports / System maintenance)

- Manage the company's monthly commitment record system (REF-RENCE)

(Invoice / Payment Voucher / Payment Receipt)

(Monthly rentals / Monthly payments to schools / Customer payments / Supplier payments / Service payments)

- Administer the HR system (MY-SYARIKAT)

(Registration records / Attendance reports / Monthly payment records for part-time & full-time staff / Staff information coordination / System maintenance)

- Manage records for Up-Grading/Maintenance Tests (GOOGLE DRIVE/ FORM/SHEET)

(MPKJ Hall rentals/Other / Records of involved students / Status of exam fee payments / Final record coordination / Archive of results copies / Examiner payment calculations/Payment record PV)

- Oversee records for Tournaments/Competitions (GOOGLE DRIVE / GOOGLE SHEET) (TKD.GAME)(M.TAEKWONDO)

(Participant evaluation records / Participant data records / Registration on organizer's website / Invoice & Fee Payment for competitions)

- Manage supplier arrangements for maintenance services (COWAY / CCTV / GO-CLEAN / TECHNICIAN / MAINTENANCE / RENOVATION)

(Task assignment records / PV & Payments / Attendance verification / Task confirmation)

- Oversee stock management (SALE STOCK / FACILITY STOCK / EQUIPMENT STOCK)

(In & Out Stock Records / Restocking / Purchase PV)

- Handle student enrollment, registration, and items (D-CLIX) (WHATSAPPS) (GOOGLE FORM/SHEET)

(Free Trials / Appointments / Uniform purchases & others)

- Maintain monthly expense receipts (HARD COVER) (GOOGLE DRIVE) (WHATSAPPS) (J&T)

(Expenses - PV) (Hard Copy Receipts - Hard Cover Folder) (Soft Copy Receipts - Google Drive Link)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
