Duties
Conduct Product Support – In-House （Electric） job
Provide equipment sales and rental support Marketing Department
Tie workflow to schedule
Manage all assigned in-house electric equipment installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service / repair reports
Document processes
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
Build positive relationships with fellow colleagues
Ensure in-house QEHS protocol are being adhered to strictly
Requirments
NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
At least 1 year relevant experience in electrical or mechanical experience
Williang to work alternative Saturday
