Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve high performance and service excellence
• Manage stock levels of consumables and spare parts to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Train employees to competently perform their roles and use cleaning technology effectively
• Deploy and instruct staff on the latest cleaning technology, providing supervision to ensure proper use
• Certify that all cleaning equipment is safe and maintained in good working condition
• Handle escalations and implement performance management to resolve issues and improve team outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate cleaning team performance to maintain quality standards
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment
• Collaborate with clients to promptly address and resolve any site-related concern
• Foster a motivated and well-trained staff committed to excellence in cleanliness and customer service
• Perform cleaning duties proficiently to meet company and client standards
