Responsibilities
Machine Maintenance Technician, Staff
Job Scope
Daily equipment uptime of the individual process/equipment
Take full accountability for his assigned equipment
Maximize the utilization of resources to achieve high operating efficiency and productivity
Maintain sustainable manufacturing equipment to achieve targeted performance index
Contribute permanent solutions to resolve equipment to achieve targeted performance index
Contribute improvement projects on equipment up time, OEE, spare parts and costs
Build strong equipment knowledge base
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate
Diploma internship and above
Possesses technical competencies in his field of study
Ability to work independently, be hands-on and expected to dive into technical details as required
Experience with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
Knowledge of computer-based control system, electro-mechanical pneumatics applications, vacuum and plasma technologies, high thermal wafer processing is welcomed
Machine Maintenance Technician, Senior
Job Scope
Manage a team of technicians
Responsible for line equipment sustenance to support production output, scraps, and quality
Maintain and upkeep production equipment to achieve minimum downtime, high operating efficiency, and productivity
Include equipment repair and troubleshooting, set-up, buy-off, type conversion, fine-tuning and optimization, modification and enhancement, equipment and tools calibration, and preventive maintenance
Collaborate with engineers on equipment upgrades
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate
4 years of relevant technical experience
Experienced with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
