Job Description:

• Tracking stock levels of critical building materials (e.g., cement, steel bars, timber, pipes) and fast-moving consumables (e.g., safety gear, nails, cutting discs).
• Inspecting incoming deliveries from suppliers and sub-contractors for quality, defects, and correct quantities against the Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO).
• Storing materials properly to prevent deterioration. This involves securing heavy tools and protecting sensitive items (like electrical wires or cement) from weather and theft.
• Releasing materials to site workers or sub-contractors only upon authorized requisition forms. Tracking exactly who took what and when.
• Organizing the store layout (often using the 5S methodology) and ensuring hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, flammable liquids) are stored safely according to site regulations.

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Certifications in inventory management or warehouse safety are a plus.
• Physical Fitness: The role involves physical labor, including lifting heavy items and loading/unloading trucks.
• Basic knowledge of computer to generate inventory reports.
• High attention to detail, strict discipline, and strong communication skills to coordinate with various sub-contractors and site engineers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
