Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Intern role based in Petaling Jaya. The Finance Intern will support daily finance and accounting operations, including assisting with data entry, processing invoices, and updating financial records. The role involves helping with the preparation and review of financial statements, supporting basic budgeting and reporting activities, and performing analysis under the guidance of senior team members. The intern will collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to gather information, prepare documentation, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. The position offers exposure to the financial processes of a growing EV charging business and opportunities to learn industry-relevant tools and practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret quantitative data.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance and familiarity with Financial Statements.
• Candidates should possess basic Accounting skills, including understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger concepts.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office productivity tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly.
• Interest in the EV, technology, or sustainability sectors and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
