Tanggungjawab

  • Develop and implement the company's strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability.
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and financial performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, environmental requirements, and health and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
  • Review and approve major contracts, project proposals, procurement strategies, and risk management plans.
  • Lead and mentor senior management and project teams to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Identify business development opportunities and support the acquisition of new projects.
  • Monitor project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Drive innovation, sustainability, and the adoption of modern construction technologies and best practices.
  • Oversee quality assurance and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present operational and financial reports to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
  • Promote ethical business practices and maintain the company's reputation for excellence.
