Job Summary The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service while creating a welcoming dining experience for guests. The role supports the daily operations of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring efficient service, maintaining cleanliness and upholding the resort's service standards. Key Responsibilities • Deliver courteous and professional food and beverage service to guests. • Ensure dining areas are clean, organised and ready for service. • Serve food and beverages in accordance with the resort's service standards. • Respond promptly to guests' requests and ensure a positive dining experience. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service areas. • Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations. • Comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements. • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior. Job Requirements • Minimum SPM or equivalent. • Experience in Food & Beverage service or hospitality is an added advantage. • Customer-focused with a positive attitude. • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
