Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Shift Lead Engineer - Data Centre di Neuron Solutions Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the daily operations of critical data centre facilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and support operational and maintenance activities.
• Monitor alerts from facility monitoring systems and respond promptly to incidents.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
• Record and track incidents using the ticketing system.
• Execute Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP) during critical events.
• Support the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including HV, MV, UPS, generators, chillers, transformers, BMS, CPOS, DCIM, and other mission-critical equipment.
• Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor facility performance to maintain maximum uptime and meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Respond to customer requests and enquiries via phone, email, chat, and service portal.
• Enforce data centre operational policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Support internal, customer, and external audit activities.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience in data centre or critical facility operations are an added advantage.
• Knowledge or strong interest in data centre infrastructure and mission-critical facilities.
• Basic understanding of HV, MV, UPS, generators, chillers, transformers, BMS, CPOS, DCIM, and related systems is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a good team player.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
