Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Senior Trainer di TF-AMD Penang Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all trainers are trained and certified on ATMP processes.
• Manage trainers team support to ensure 100% training coverage across all production / process department request.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires on a weekly basis, as required.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure training effectiveness.
• Coordinate and schedule training for operators and technicians based on ATMP Operations’ requirements.
• Train and certify new hires, operators, technicians, and employees requiring cross-training or additional training as requested by ATMP Operations.
• Develop training courses, maintain supporting documentation, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) database.
• Participate in internal and external customer audits when required.
• Represent / act as lead for training during internal and external audits, confidently presenting records, and defending training methodologies to auditors.
• Conduct regular trainers meeting to ensure consistency in instructional quality and adherence to training department KPI.
• Assess skill gaps within the trainer’s team and implement upskilling programs.
• Review and update training materials to ensure alignment with current operational practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in a training or trainer-related role.
