Role Description The Marketing Executive role at Aexel Biomed is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. Traveling will be required. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and offline initiatives, to promote aesthetic devices to medical practices and beauty salons. The Marketing Executive will conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and support the development of marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating marketing materials, managing social media and online presence, supporting sales teams with promotional tools, organizing events or product demonstrations, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the Beauty and Health sector.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to create clear marketing messages and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven Sales and marketing support capabilities, including working with sales teams to create promotional materials and nurture leads.
• Relevant experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or related industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
