Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end AI platform/solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Translate business problems into scalable AI architecture and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders that include data scientists, engineers, product managers and business stakeholders in realizing AI technology.
  • Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability and reliability requirements.
  • Incorporate security, governance, and compliance into AI system design.
  • Provide architecture, solution and project support related to AI realization.
  • Establish and maintain the AI security guardrail baseline

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI data science, AI or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software architecture, data engineering and AI/ML system design & implementation.
  • 7-10 years of working experience in relevant field with at least 5 years of AI specific experience.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning and data engineering concepts.
  • Experience and knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java and Scala.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Strong problem solving skills and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of generative AI and large language models (LLM).
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy and ethical AI practices.
  • Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).
