Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of technology projects, including preparing project timelines, defining milestones, tracking progress, reporting, and resolving impediments.
2. Define and continuously improve projects management processes using data-driven insights. Own the collaboration process and associated tools.
3. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and overall project plans.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts, other TPMs) to ensure timely and effective execution.
5. Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) ensuring they are productive and time boxed.

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in technology and project management.
• Project delivery or technical leadership background with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing projects using Agile software development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing large-scale B2B, B2C services and integration projects.
