Role Description The Manager role at Regal Offshore Energy Pte. Ltd. is a contract position based in Kuantan with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications

• Proficiency with common office and project management software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, scheduling or collaboration platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-motivation, accountability, and adaptability.
