Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Host Live Streaming role based in Kuala Lumpur City. The Host Live Streaming is responsible for planning and presenting live sessions that showcase DACHIN’s brands and products across various online platforms. Daily tasks include preparing product information and scripts, hosting engaging live streams, interacting with viewers in real time, answering questions, and guiding potential customers through product features and promotions. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align live content with campaign goals, suggesting ideas to improve audience engagement, and reviewing performance data to refine future live sessions. The host is also expected to maintain a professional on-camera presence, uphold brand guidelines, and support other promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear on-camera presentation and the ability to engage diverse online audiences.
• Customer Service and Sales skills to respond to viewer inquiries, handle objections, and convert interest into purchases.
• Training or coaching experience, with the ability to explain product features and usage in an accessible, educational manner.
• Experience in Consumer/Lifestyle products is an advantage, especially in product demonstration or retail environments.
• Comfort with live streaming platforms, social commerce tools, and basic digital content creation (e.g., scripting, live show planning).
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur City, including evenings or weekends when required by campaign schedules.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, or other regional languages is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in hosting, broadcasting, online influencing, or front-line sales is preferred but not mandatory.
