Shape the Reward Experience for a Leading Automotive MNC

As their Compensation & Benefits Manager, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping and delivering an employee experience that reflects those values. Based in Kuala Lumpur, with occasional travel to a nearby manufacturing facility, this is an initial 2-year contract role with a clear path to permanency.

The Role
You'll take full ownership of compensation and benefits across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing salary administration and staff movement to maintain internal equity
- Managing employee benefits, rewards schemes, and policy compliance
- Leading HRIS coordination and driving system improvements
- Supporting HR teams across plants and outlets on HRIS-related matters
- Coordinating internal and external audit and compliance activities
- Coaching and developing team members to build broader capability
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to the automotive sector being advantageous
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Ramnet
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications
