Roles & Responsibilities
The Electro-mechanical Technician assist and support the Electrical Engineer in projects as well as Maintenance & Improvement works for Production Plant Equipment as well as lighting & power installation in the factory.
Responsibilities:
The Electro-mechanical Technician assist and support the Electrical Engineer in projects as well as Maintenance & Improvement works for Production Plant Equipment as well as lighting & power installation in the factory.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine Maintenance & Improvement (M&I) for plant equipment, lighting, and power installation.
- Carry out repair and improvement work as required.
- Calibrate, maintain and repair of pneumatic and electronic instruments.
- Carry out bench fitting jobs.
- Update schematic, single line diagrams and programme as necessary.
- Ensure that all tools and test instruments are in good condition.
- Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment and carry out trouble-shooting related to equipment malfunction.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Proficient in workshop practice.
- Basic skill in the service and operation of hydraulic and pneumatic system.
- Proficiency in Welding Arc & Tig Welding is a bonus.
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering.
- Able to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams and write PLC programme
- NTC-2 Electrical Installation + Servicing with 2-year experience.
