This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of enterprise master data, including product, vendor, customer, and pricing information. The position coordinates daily operational activities related to merchandise data management and ensures that data standards, processes, and service levels are consistently maintained across the organization.

Key responsibilities include managing data setup and maintenance activities, conducting regular audits to ensure data quality, supporting data cleansing initiatives, and coordinating projects related to assortment management, supply flow, and data migration. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as commercial, supply chain, and IT to resolve operational issues, improve workflows, and support ongoing process enhancements. Additional duties include troubleshooting pricing and purchase order issues, preparing operational reports and metrics, and assisting with training and onboarding team members.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with experience in data management and process improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, particularly in troubleshooting data-related issues. Candidates should also have proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, supervisory or team coordination experience, and effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders across the business.
